What is Windows 8.1?
Windows 8.1 is an update package developed by Microsoft after the Windows 8 was released in October, 2012. According to Frank X Shaw, the former vice-president of Microsoft, Blue is only just the internal name for the product; the possibility of the official product to be named Blue is little. 1.Improve the search experience

In the Windows 8, users are able to gain their search results with the Search button in the sidebar and it also provide the full screen experience. However, many of them complaint that the search results divide apply, setting and document from other each to display, therefore if you would like to search items of control panel or your PC setting, you have to click the setting again. But Windows 8.1 will improve this search experience.
2. Add mobile client applications
Windows 8.1 adds the new four Metro system applications, which are clock, calculator, sound recorder and local video player. From that feature we can see that the Windows 8.1′ support will increase in the future.
3.Settings menu use highlights to mention
The setting menu of Windows 8.1 is also been updated. The six icons use highlights to mention, this is also a good feature.
4. Set to bring back the Start button
Microsoft seems to bring back the lost Start button from Windows 8. Reports mention that the Start button will be added to Windows 8.1 again. But also news said that the Start button is only a shortcut to visit the start page, not the traditional start menu. The style of the button will be similar to the Windows icon in the Charm column.
In the early time, the users had many controversies after the Start button is removed in Windows 8 OS. Many of them considered that it is not reasonable for that design. All of these feedback proved that the common PS users like the Start button. And the Start button is added to Windows 8.1 will be a response based on the Windows users.
Except for the Start button, it seems that Microsoft also has a plan to start the option to enter the traditional desktop mode.
My opinions on Windows 8.1
No matter what the Windows 8.1 will be, at least from the recent news we are able to draw a conclusion that Windows 8.1 is going to be an updating of Windows 8 and it will be better than Windows 8. We can just look forward to Windows 8.1 in these rumors and also expect to the better future of Windows OS.
